Rock & Roll Kitchen is a real place. Founded in Wakefield RI, RRK was created by JB and Emmy. JB is a SF trained chef with an attitude toward food that is kind of insane. Fond of dishes that may cause some to cringe, he's got a way of making even the craziest shit look, smell, and taste like nothing you've ever imagined. Visit him at his blog, The New Urban Peasant. Emmy is not a chef, but she loves to eat and take pictures of cats. Born out of a desire to cook food that tastes like actual food, RRK's mission is to use ingredients that are fresh, local, seasonal, and perhaps a bit unusual. Sometimes vegan, sometimes over the top decadent, and always inspired, the dishes you'll see here are bound to make your mouth water and give you a mental erection.
